David Slade say Thank You
Eclipse director posted a Thank You note on the Official Twilight Facbook page.
When you put your heart and soul into something as intense as the duration of a film production, you become completely lost in it. You focus on doing your very best to get it right each day and you work on this for so long that you assume an ownership of it.
When shooting The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, I always felt an awareness of how many people this film would reach and as a result, knew that this film did not just belong to myself, the producers and the studio, but more so, to all of you, the fans of The Twilight Saga.
At the end of the day, after all the hard work is done, all that’s left is the film itself, and your overwhelmingly positive and supportive responses have made me feel like we must have done something right. As a filmmaker, this is a rare and strange feeling of connection with an audience of which I will never forget and I thank you all for it.

Jack Huston Interview
Here’s an interview with Jack Huston who plays Royce King in Eclipse.
With a breakout role in Martin Scorsese’s new project, the 27-year-old Brit proves he’s got more than Hollywood good looks and a famous last name (as in Grandpa John and Aunt Anjelica)—he also has a legitimate knack for the family business.
Details: In The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, you play the former fiancé of Edward’s sister, Rosalie. How did you land the part?
Jack Huston: I auditioned for another part—a newborn vampire—and kind of shocked the producers. I acted like a junkie. I hadn’t slept the night before and had drunk lots of coffee. Everyone was like, “Um, a little too edgy.” But they liked me enough to offer me this part instead.Details: What’s it like to be part of the Twilight phenomenon?
Jack Huston: I have never seen anything like it, actually. I turned up for shooting and, literally, everyone was there—children, teenagers, 20-year-olds, mothers, older ladies. There was an English teacher, who had saved up her time off and flown from England to Vancouver to put herself up in the same hotel as the cast. She sat in the lobby all day, just to see them walk out. That’s a little extreme, but I like her dedication.Details: Your character isn’t a nice guy. Have any rabid fans confronted you yet?
Jack Huston: They haven’t said anything to me yet. I’m safe for now. But imagine if it turns nasty and they camp outside my house with knives. That would be terrible. “Stop attacking me! I’m really a nice guy! I am not a rapist!”
Eclipse Costume Triva
Entertainment Weekly talks about costumes used in Eclipse.
You can learn a lot about a character — and an actor — talking to a film’s costume designer. Here, The Twilight Saga: Eclipse‘s Tish Monaghan reveals a few secrets from the wardrobe closets:
• Robert Pattinson wanted to wear karate pants for the training sequence. “So we got him some karate pants, and it’s like the crotch hangs down to the knees, and I just thought, Ugh. Who’s gonna go for this? Because everything has to be approved by Summit,” Monaghan says. “We took them in a little bit, and they loved the karate pants. Who knew? I was so surprised.”
• Even at the film’s premiere, people squealed when Taylor Lautner turned around in that black T-shirt. “It was almost embarrassing. I felt so bad for him,” Monaghan says, with a laugh. “They were screaming and going ‘Wooooo!’” As she’d done on New Moon, her M.O. was to put him in smaller size Gap or Banana Republic T-shirts to emphasize his biceps, tightening the tees around the arm holes and taking them in down the side. (Pattinson wore Gap T-shirts, exclusively, she adds. “They were what fit him best. They had the best colors. So that’s what he ended up wearing, even when Edward takes Bella up to the tent. It may strike people as odd, but he doesn’t feel temperature, so that’s why we only put him in a shirt, and Bella’s all bundled up, and Jacob, of course, is running around shirtless.”
Breaking Dawn To Be Filmed In Louisiana & Vancouver

Summit has official released the locations of where they are going to film Breaking Dawn. This means that the movies are almost coming to an end. They just need to film it and then release the two movies. Then what happens?!
SUMMIT ENTERTAINMENT’S THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN TO BE FILMED IN LOUISIANA AND VANCOUVER
Summit Entertainment’s THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN will be filmed in both Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Vancouver over the next year starting this fall. The next chapter of THE TWILIGHT SAGA will be released as two separate films with the first of the two slated to be released in theatres on November 18, 2011.
Academy Award® winner Bill Condon will direct both films starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner along with Billy Burke as Charlie Swan as well as returning members of the Cullen Family including Peter Facinelli as Carlisle, Elizabeth Reaser as Esme, Jackson Rathbone as Jasper, Nikki Reed as Rosalie, Ashley Greene as Alice and Kellan Lutz as Emmett.
The project, based on the fourth novel in author Stephenie Meyer’s Twilight series, is currently being written by Melissa Rosenberg with Wyck Godfrey, Karen Rosenfelt and Stephenie Meyer producing.
THE TWILIGHT SAGA: BREAKING DAWN illuminates the secrets and mysteries of this spellbinding romantic epic that has entranced millions.
The third film in the franchise, THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE, is currently in theatres.
Eclipse Secrets From The Set
“Eclipse” continues to dominate at the box office, taking in nearly $93 million from just its first two days. Now, Access’ Shaun Robinson goes behind the scenes and gets the nitty gritty of the Edward and Jacob rivalry.
Eclipse doesn’t wane; Rob, Kristen & Taylor shine
Human or immortal? Werewolf or vampire? Marriage or college? These are the kinds of choices Bella Swan (Kristen Stewart) faces in David Slade’s fast-paced “Eclipse,” the third chapter in Stephenie Meyer’s beloved “Twilight” saga.
You, however, have no such dilemmas, because you decided a long time ago whether Bella’s tangled love life is of any interest. And there’s nothing in Slade’s straightforward adaptation that will change your mind. If you adore Meyer’s characters already, you’ll be thrilled to spend more time with them. If you don’t, well, you’d just end up sitting among a bunch of sighing teens (and their moms), wondering what the fuss is about.
As any one of those die-hard fans could tell you, it’s all about love: Do the dangers of a potentially eternal romance with undead Edward (Robert Pattinson) outweigh the practical comforts provided by loyal Jacob (Taylor Lautner)? Life with Edward is hard; not only is he a vampire, but he’s got to be the moodiest boyfriend in history. Jacob might turn into a werewolf now and then, but he’s steady and reliable.
Plus, he loves to take his shirt off. Edward may be Bella’s soul mate, but Jacob definitely spends more time at the gym.
What would Twilight Cast take home from set?
InStyle has a really interesting article asking the cast what would they take from the set of the movies home?
Robert Pattinson:
“I keep everything from the set. I’ve stolen all of Edward’s clothes.”Elizabeth Reaser:
“My original Esme bracelet. I’ve seen reproductions of it in stores, but I want to keep the one that I wear once we finish [filming]. It’s mine!”Taylor Lautner:
“All my character wears is jean shorts, so I’ll have to go with those. That’s my only option!”Julia Jones:
“Leah’s cut-offs!”Kellan Lutz:
“Emmett’s Jeep! I’ve wanted it since we shot the first movie. I keep saying that, but nothing’s happened. I’m still waiting!”
Interview with Kellan
Dose.ca has an interview with Kellan thats really awesome! Kellan is just to awesome!
Kellan Lutz is a busy guy. The 25-year-old has been working nonstop since finding fame in the Twilight series. He’s the new face (and body) of Calvin Klein underwear, he just wrapped a romantic comedy with Mandy Moore, he’s currently shooting The Immortals with Mickey Rourke in Montreal, and he’s got two more action films on tap (Warrior and Death Games), not to mention the concluding Twilight two-parter, Breaking Dawn. In fact, he’s so busy he doesn’t even have time to take a break from doing interviews for Twilight: Eclipse to grab a little breakfast in private.
“Sorry about this,” he says before tucking into a healthy-looking omelet with a side of mixed berries at a downtown Toronto hotel suite. He’s just about to launch into a story about the MMVAs when he wrinkles his nose and smells the food. “Wait, is this yogurt or sour cream? I can’t even tell the difference any more,” he says before handing the bowl to his publicist. “Taste this for me.” An official food taster; he has arrived.
Not that Lutz comes off as a diva who’s high on the perks of fame. Despite his breakout star status, the actor is a lot like the character he plays in the Twilight franchise: easy-going, loveable and just a little bit mischievous.
