Nu Metro has released the date for ‘The Runaways’ through their twitter. It will be coming out here on the 18 June and in the USA it will be released on the 19 March. Yeah their a bit far from each other, but oh well.

In the four years that they were together, the quintet of teenage girls that made up The Runaways cut a swath of hard rock, harder kisses, and, eventually, scary-hard drugs through the legendary glam scene of 1970s Los Angeles. Their exploits-and exploitation-are the stuff of legend and now of The Runaways, the debut feature film from photographer and video director Floria Sigismondi. Based on trouble-doll lead singer Cherie Currie’s 1989 autobiography, Neon Angel, Sigismondi hones in on the relationship between Currie and the band’s co-founder, songwriter, and guitarist Joan Jett (Currie’s book, written with Tony O’Neill, is being published in an updated version this month by HarperCollins). Dakota Fanning plays the beautiful, damaged Currie; Michael Shannon steals the show as the evil genius svengali Kim Fowley; and Kristen Stewart plays Jett, all black-leather attitude and sex appeal-Elvis plus estrogen.

I have had this page up for a while now but just encase some of you haven’t seen it or don’t know about, I’ll tell you. Global Warming is becoming on of the biggest and still growing problems across the world right now. Global warming isn’t opinion. It’s a scientific reality. And the science tells us that human activity has made enormous impacts to our planet that affect our well-being and even our survival as a species. Iceland and Antarctica are slowly melting everyday. Animals are dying due to their homes being destroyed because of global warming. But global warming can be fixed. If we all take action now, we can all save our planet. I’ve just opened my new site Vampire Diaries South Africa. It’s not officially open yet but you can view the site like the episodes coming and about the books, etc. In case you don’t know what Vampire Diaries is, it’s a love triangle story about two brothers in love with the same girl, Elena. It series of books which is now a TV series currently showing on channel 123 Vuzu at 20:30 every Monday. The Image Gallery is online since there is a whole load of images to upload. So do visit and I hope you will all enjoy it as much as this site, well that is if you do enjoy this site lol.

This news was released a couple of days ago but I’m posting it encase some of you don’t know. The Eclipse movie was first meant to be released on the 23 July 2010, after the world cup. Last month Nu Metro moved it to the 2nd July 2010 and now this month they moved it again but to the 30 June 2010, which is the same release date in the USA. So at Nu Metro cinemas it will be released on the 30 June 2010. As for Ster-Kinekor they will be releasing it on the 2nd July but hopefully they’ll move it to the 30th.

Also the Eclipse trailer will be released sometime next month (Before Robs movie Remember Me hits cinemas in the US) online. Stay tuned for the trailer, seriously cant wait.

I know I’m late at posting this but hey it’s better later then never right. Okay so the New Moon DVD is coming out next month on 22nd March in Muisca and the 15th April at Look & Listen.
