Interview With Jackson
Inked Mag has a new interview with Jackson. Check it out below.
INKED: Let’s talk tattoos. How many do you have?
JACKSON RATHBONE: I only have one right now, but I definitely plan on getting more. My friends and I were kind of the bad kids in school, the troublemakers. We went to Interlochen Arts Academy, this really great boarding school in Michigan, and there were six of us who were always acting out against authority. The school administration was like, “Stay away from those boys-they’re ‘Lost Boys,’” so that’s what everyone called us. When I was 18, I got a tattoo that says, “I’m lost.”What kind of shenanigans did you guys get into?
Remember the prohibition era? It was kind of like that.Did you have a speakeasy in your dorm room?
Let’s just say we had a lot of alcohol on the premises that we weren’t supposed to have. We kept whiskey in shampoo bottles and vodka in conditioner bottles. A few of my friends were actually expelled.
Twilight Screenwriter: Bring On Channing Tatum!

If Channing Tatum hasn’t read the Twilight books, he may want to start.
At least one very important person in the movie adaptations of Stephenie Meyer’s vampire love story thinks Tatum would be perfect to play bad-boy vampire Riley in Eclipse, the third in the four-book series.
“There’s a very big battle at the end with Riley, and I think Channing would do that so well,” Twilight and New Moon screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, who is currently writing the Eclipse script, told us this weekend at the Los Angeles Times Book Festival benefit for the Writers Guild Foundation.
“And there are some complexities to that character,” she adds. “He really is tragic. He’s a puppet for Victoria [bad-girl vampire played by Rachelle Lefevre]. So he has to break your heart a little bit at the end when he realizes that she doesn’t want him. Channing could do that beautifully.”
Rosenberg also confirmed some good news for Robert Pattinson fans…
Even though Edward Cullen may not be in the New Moon novel as much as he is in the others, she promised we’ll be seeing plenty of the Brit actor in the flick, which is currently shooting in Vancouver with director Chris Weitz.
“In the book, he’s actually an enormous presence in [Bella’s] mind,” Rosenberg said. “He’s so present in her mind throughout the entire center of the book, so we really played off that, and it kept him alive in a slightly different way, but fans will feel it’s true to the book. You can’t have a Twilight without Rob Pattinson.”
And Rosenberg says you also can’t have a Twilight movie with anything more adult than a PG-13 rating. She has yet to be hired to write the script for the fourth, Breaking Dawn, but she thinks it’s safe to assume the book’s more graphic violent scenes will be tailored to keep it accessible for Twilight’s teen moviegoing audience.
“Our fans are in the PG age range, and I don’t feel a big necessity to see violence, and to see gore,” Rosenberg said. “I don’t need to see that. This whole series is more about their relationship. It’s not about the gore. I mean, there are some scary and special elements to it, but the series is really about relationships and coming of age and owning one’s power.”
The Naked Brothers Crush On Kristen Stewart

Naked Brothers Band members Nat and Alex Wolff take a load off backstage at the AOL headquarters on Thursday afternoon (April 23) in New York City.
Nat, 14, admitted to BeRed that he has a crush on Twilight star Kristen Stewart. He shared, “Kristen was really hot and amazingly sexy in that movie Adventureland.”
Alex also shared a crush on Kristen, saying, “Yes, she’s amazing! I saw Twilight, but Nat didn’t. I’ve seen more of her movies, so she’s mine. Kristen Stewart for me, Jessica Biel for Nat. Hear that, Kristen Stewart? I’ve got dibs on you!”

Adventureland in South Africa
Well you guys have probably heard of Kristen’s movie “Adventureland” is recently was released in the USA. But what about here in South Africa?
Well I was doing some research and found out that Nu Metro will be releasing it 12 June 2009. So I guess we have to wait like a month and a half for it.

Long hours. Low pay. High times.
It’s the summer of 1987, and James Brennan, an uptight recent college grad, can’t wait to embark on his dream tour of Europe. But when his parents announce that they can no longer subsidise his trip, James has little choice but to take a lowly job at a local amusement park. Forget about German beer, world-famous museums and cute French girls – James’ summer will now be populated by belligerent dads, stuffed pandas, and screaming kids high on candy floss. Luckily for James, what should have been his worst summer ever turns into quite an adventure as he discovers love in the most unlikely place: His captivating co-worker, Em, and learns to loosen up.
Cast: Jesse Eisenberg, Kristen Stewart, Martin Starr, Bill Hader, Kristen Wiig, Margarita Levieva, Ryan Reynolds
Director: Greg Mottola
Music: Yo la Tengo
You can check it out here on Nu Metro’s page then scroll down to “Forthcoming Attraction” and then flick through the movies until you find Adventureland then click on it. SterKinekor hasn’t mentioned anything about it but I’ll keep you updated if anything new comes up.
Also wanted to talk about Robs movie “Little Ashes”, well I also did some research on that but both cinemas have nothing on it. Maybe after the 8th May which is the release date of Little Ashes in America there will be some news on it.
That’s all for now, if any news come out about their movies I’ll post it.
Enjoy the long weekend!
Spotted: Forks Police Car in Vancouver for Charlie Swan

A Forks Police car has been spotted in Vancouver, which will be used in New Moon as the car for Twilight dad Charlie Swan, father to Bella. Good to see things are progressing! Check out the rest of the pics over at Twilight-Gossip.
Summit launches four at Cannes including new Pattinson romance
Pattinson is starring in Remember Me which is shooting this summer in New York while the actor is between Twilight sequels New Moon, which wraps at the end of May, and Eclipse, which starts in August.
Allen Coulter, the award-winning TV director (The Sopranos, Damages) who made his feature debut with Hollywoodland in 2006, is directing the film and Nick Osborne and Trevor Engelson of Underground Films (License To Wed) are producing.
Summit co-chairman and CEO Patrick Wachsberger wouldn’t go into too much detail on the plot but described the film as this generation’s Love Story. A female lead is in the process of being cast, while Rachel Getting Married writer Jenny Lumet has finished the latest draft of the screenplay.
Fantastic New Interview with Robert Pattinson
It’s funny how fame can strike those least likely. The last time I met Robert Pattinson was in late 2004. It was on the set of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, in which he played the murdered Hogwarts pupil Cedric Diggory. A shy, gawky 18-year-old, this boy from Barnes did not seem a star in the making. Nor did he look “exotically beautiful”, as The New York Times dubbed him upon viewing his career-making performance as the lovelorn vampire Edward Cullen in the recent teen sensation Twilight.
For his brooding portrayal of Cullen, Pattinson was suddenly hailed as the new James Dean, a risky mantle for any young male actor to inherit (particularly if they’re from England). Not that he’s done little to dispel this after admitting that he aped the Giant star’s vocal patterns to play the part. “Everyone loves a bit of James Dean,” he told one reporter, explaining he used the same trick for “chatting up girls”. This month’s US edition of GQ magazine even has him channelling his inner Dean in a photo shoot that highlights just how gym sessions for Twilight helped sculpt his stubble-clad face.
When we meet again, his bush of brown hair looking more Dean-like than ever, I remind him of our previous encounter. “That was depressingly long ago,” he groans, too young still to be aware that, in the grand scheme of things, four years is not so much. Still, it’s not hard to see why he feels this way, given what a blur the last 12 months have been for him. Even before Twilight, Pattinson was finding love notes from female admirers left under the windscreen wiper of his car. “That was months before the movie came out,” he acknowledges. “Now, it’s really bizarre.”
Selena and Taylor: Hot new couple alert!
It looks like Seventeen South Africa found out about Taylor and Selena are dating.

OMG cute couple alert! Rumour has it that Taylor Lautner is romancing Selena Gomez. The New Moon hottie is apparently secretly romancing the Disney starlet who’s also in Canada working on her latest film. Sources reveal that the 16-year-olds have been on three dinner dates and he’s visited her for lunch at her movie set. This is the first time Selena has been linked to any guy since her break up with Nick Jonas.
Only time will tell if these rumours are true, but we’re totally loving the idea!
Sorry Team Jacob/Taylor fans but he might be taken
